It’s no secret that after the new airport was located north of Durban a large portion of KZN’s economy has followed suit. What were once small and sleepy coastal towns have now matured into vibrant and exciting up-market communities.

Ballito is garnering a reputation for quality property developments that are attracting widespread attention.
